Gutu— The Gutu Rural District Council has issued a domestic competitive tender through the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe- Electronic Government Procurement (PRAZ-EGP) system, inviting qualified bidders to participate in several procurement activities aimed at enhancing eminence service delivery for the year.
The invitation, aligned with national and district development goals, references a broader national vision for 2030 and the council’s commitment to “Quality Service Delivery by 2030.”
Bidders are invited to submit proposals for multiple lots, including the supply and delivery of three brand-new 4×4 double-cab motor vehicles to improve essential service provision within the district.
Additional procurement activities include the supply of motor vehicle spares under a framework agreement with subsequent call-off contracts, and the procurement of earth-moving equipment repairs and maintenance services under similar framework arrangements.
The tender also covers the procurement of laptops, desktops, and computer consumables, as well as vehicle tyres, all to be executed via framework agreements and subsequent call-off contracts.
The deadline for submission of bids is 15 June. Tender documents are accessible on the PRAZ E-GP system, and bid submissions must be made through the Electronic Government Procurement System.
The invitation is part of the council’s broader mission of governance through the provision of quality socio-economic services to residents in a sustainable manner, with the council’s official communications channel and online presence provided for reference.
In addition to the initial tender invitation, a Tender Award Notice has identified several entities as award recipients in previous procurement activity.
The notice lists Head bolls Investments, Croco Motors Pvt Ltd, and Wise Logic Pvt Ltd as part of the awards, with descriptions including the supply and delivery of motor-related equipment and related services.
The notice also references related procurement activities such as the supply and delivery of 51 motorbikes and the provision of a tipper truck, with cited contract values of USD 61,120.00 and USD 72,500.00 for certain awarded items.
